"I’ve been with State Farm since I was 16 years old. When my original Dallas agent was about to retire, my file was transferred to an agent in Lewisville, and I stayed with that office for about 11–12 years. To this day, I have never received so much as a welcome or introduction from that agent, despite being a long-time customer. When I needed help with a claim, he actually said to me, “I don’t know what you want me to do in regards to this claim.” My jaw dropped. I remember thinking, “If I ever said that to one of my own clients, I’d never get away with it.” I was upset but honestly didn’t have the energy at the time to go look for another agent. My son then came across Mike Bergman’s office and told me how awesome and helpful everyone there was. That was all I needed to hear.
