"I wanted to talk about my experience with the office at Mike Bergman State Farm. I have been client of this office for years and also have had Mike as a client of mine too. I recently experienced an issue with my rental for an accident and after a month, there were some issues with ensuring 3 major parts of my car needing to be OEM (bumper, hood, and lights). After a little back and forth Mike and Angel Early were able to work with Park Place to ensure they covered most of the gap between non OEM and OEM parts. I only had to come out of pocket a little bit. So, that was done. The 2nd issue was dealing with my rental car as Enterprise was trying to charge me an extra day and a couple other charges. Park Place had to keep my car an extra day due to non completion of all the items. Once they fixed them, they agreed to pay the extra day, but Enterprise was not orchestrating the powers that be efficiently enough to get things done. So, one of the team members in the office, Angel Early, was assigned to my case from Mike and she was very meticulous in getting all the details needed and the manager contacts from Park Place and calling Enterprise as well to come to the right solution. After conference calls, emails threads, and more, Angel was able to assist me to the final step of getting the correct reimbursement. I then sent an email to managers and copied Angel about what needed to happen and then the reimbursement was made correctly and it came back to my credit card within 2-3 days. Angel is of great value to this office and her problem solving skills are top tier. Her willingness to keep me informed and follow up were impeccable and I'm glad Mike assigned her to my case. Mike is also awesome and he was able to work with me to get things done and ensured I was taken care of. I appreciate it."
